I've been going a little heavy on the text on the last zillion posts. This is starting to look more like a diary than a blog. I need more links. Linx0rs of the day even.
Here we go:
Linx0r of the day: If you ever hunger for those olskool games that you used to play. Chances are that you'll find them at The Underdogs. Games that are no longer sold or supported are called abandonware, and apparently you can just download them for free, legally.
Sounds like a plan to me, it's been a long time since I've played Earthworm Jim 2, or Stars! (there is no way I'm downloading Stars! at the moment. I don't have a week to lose to this game), and even longer since I've played Frontier: First Encounters, Fuzzy Golf (yeah baby. I think I'll have to have Rainer over so we can play this for a night), Flashback, or Lost Vikings.
I should also mention Omikron, because Celine the crazy french 3D designer (from Dark Blue Sea, where I used to work for those who aren't keeping up) worked on the project, and Celine was cool. She used to sing to her computer in french. Then she got fired or something.
Poor Celine.
So go! Now! Games await you!
Ooh! Lose your marbles! That game rocks.
