Project for today: Chick Pea curry. Not even from canned chick peas... Dried ones! Why the hell would I go through the process (had to soak them overnight and all) of using dried chick peas when I could quite easily get some canned ones? Well, I already had a bag of dried ones, so they were Cheap! Like the budgie.

So there seems to be soaked chick peas, there just so happens to be water boiling, and, oh my God! I seem to have some hot Madras paste!

Sound like a curry in the making to me!
