The Pesto is good. In fact the pesto is really good. I went a little out of the norm with this one. I don't have any parmasan today (fresh or otherwise) so I went with the Mersey Valley Vintage Club with green peppercorns. I usually go the plain Vintage Club - adding other things masks the flavour of the cheese too much IMO - but when I was at the New Farm Coles last week they were out. So I bought Green Peppercorn, which is ok, but I didn't eat it all. Soooooooo that went into the pesto instead of Parmasan.
It's fantastic on toast.
