a. Blow like $40 on a tablet or something, hang around, look silly, give people hugs, stare at your hands for a couple of hours, then go somewhere else and feel tired for 2 days.

or

b. Buy, oh I don't know, a shirt, or a book, or a platter of sushi for all your friends... There's a lot of things that can be had for $40. 2 haircuts for me.
