Well I just got new-found respect for WinME - after Mr Big Reinstall I plugged my camera in to make it install the drivers, restarted, and Lo! What is this!? Camera showing up in My Computer. Well, something useful. Incredible. It now lets me take screen grabs. Can't quite figure out how to change the format of these, or to get it to work when it's not in VTR mode, but this is a definite improvement.
